Operators wishing to efficiently operate high speed oil purification systems for lubricating oil can install the mini EASZ-1 and save energy by knowing when to start and stop the purification systems. The mini EASZ-1 can be installed at the outlet of the high speed centrifuge or vacuum oil dehydrator and various high speed purifiers so that the systems can be turned off when the oil has been purified to an acceptable level. The ability to measure trace amounts of water and larger volumes with a response time of 1 second ensures that nothing is missed.

INDICATION AND ALARM

For convenience, the EASZ-1 can be shipped together with a local display /alarm or in the case of multiple installations a display/alarm cabinet is provided for 2 units or more. Some operators may require additional control to prevent continual alarm during high speed centrifuge desludging where oil at the outlet of the centrifuge is commonly contaminated with varying amounts of water for several minutes.

The EASZ-1 and associated alarm/controllers can be customized to suit the client application if operators are looking for single source responsibility for their measurement and monitor needs.
